System functional characteristics
·The dimming system is simple, flexible, easy to operate, and easy to maintain.
·Adopting a reserved 0-5V analog dimming control method to control the output current of the lamp to achieve changes in the brightness level of the lamp, it can respond to external control system signal instructions in a timely manner and make corresponding actions.
·It can achieve stepless dimming function from 0 to 255 levels, and can set the control time and dimming level arbitrarily, which can meet the dimming control needs of any different lighting occasions.
·The system startup time is short, and when the tunnel power is switched, the lamp restart time and system response time are ≤ 0.1s.
·It has a memory function and can automatically enter the dimming setting state before the power outage when the system power is restored.
·Equipped with time control, centralized remote control, and local control functions, the control time can be set according to the customer's own needs. Multiple different control times and dimming levels can be set within a day, with a 24-hour control cycle for time control.
 

Composition of dimming system
The LED tunnel light DC0-5V dimming lighting control system consists of several main parts, including an intelligent stepless control device for LED brightness, a brightness controllable LED tunnel light, a communication system, and upper computer monitoring and management software.
 

Dimming system
·The dimming system has remote control and local control. The remote control mode is to control the dimming level of the lamps through the PC in the main control room;
·The local control mode can control the dimming level of the lamps through the dimming system control cabinet; The dimming level is divided into 0-255 control levels. The dimming console of this system can only be used in one mode;
·Remote control has automatic and manual dimming modes. The automatic dimming mode controls the dimming of the lighting fixtures in the tunnel according to a preset method; The manual dimming mode is used to control the dimming of the lighting fixtures inside the tunnel based on current needs.
·The overall control principle for strengthening lighting is that the stronger the light intensity outside the cave (brighter), the greater the lighting power inside the cave, that is, the stronger the brightness of the lighting inside the cave, and vice versa.
·For brightness control of basic lighting, based on the current time. Users can set the start and end time of basic lighting at night, and set the lighting power for night and day. The system controls the basic lighting output based on the current time and the user's set time and lighting power.
·The control of enhanced lighting mainly comes from measuring the brightness outside the cave, and determining the enhanced lighting output based on the brightness outside the cave. Users can set the on and off time for enhanced lighting. When the transmitter used to measure the brightness outside the hole fails or cannot be used for maintenance, users can set the enhanced lighting to be controlled by the current time.
·Real time alarm clock
The system has a real-time clock and is equipped with a backup power supply, which can continue to work for a long time even in the event of power failure or power replacement, ensuring that the clock is not lost.
 

Monitoring and Control
·The console adopts an embedded solution, which can realize network monitoring, set and query parameters. Users can access it through Ethernet, which is convenient and clear.
The dimming control platform is equipped with Ethernet interfaces, which can achieve remote control, on-site control, display of current working conditions, vehicle inspection indicators, fault alarm indicators, operation prompt information, as well as serial port configuration, timing, basic lighting parameter reading and setting, enhanced lighting parameter reading and setting, work record query, log query, fault handling, fault relief and exit functions. The entire control system is easy and flexible to operate, and only requires an external PC to achieve dimming control function. The operation interface on the PC can display the working status of each lamp in real time, and provide time control selection and dimming level selection.
