Fuzhou Cangshan Primary School was founded in March 1952, originally named the Fujian Military Region Cadets’ School. In 1956, it was renamed the Fuzhou Military Region Cadets’ School and came under the administration of the Fuzhou Military Region Cadre Department. In its early years, the school operated at the regimental level, with students primarily being the children of officers at the regimental level and above. Following an evaluation by the Provincial Department of Education, it was designated as one of the first batch of high‑quality provincial key primary schools. The school boasts excellent facilities, well‑equipped classrooms, and a full range of amenities, with equipment meeting Class I standards. For this project, Besfo BHB1711 surface‑mounted downlights were selected, featuring power ratings of 80–150 W and luminous efficacy of 110–150 lm/W. These BHB1711 fixtures incorporate a high‑quality ADC12 die‑cast body, a steel‑protected glass lens paired with a reflector design, achieving a UGR value of less than 20, ensuring glare control and providing wide‑area illumination.
